This project was proposed and approved by PNGOPRA Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) in 2018. The project aimed to investigate the number and the types of training conducted to farmers and their application on farmers’ oil palm block and their livelihood. Investigate the impact of the training in-terms of oil palm agronomic practices and livelihoods or living standards of the smallholder growers and to develop a strategy to improve the training system for the future.
