This project was proposed and approved by PNGOPRA Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) in 2019. The project aims to understand if replanting and tenure renewal are two separate processes, demonstrate if there is a need for standard replanting and tenure renewal and to investigate if standardizing replanting and tenure renewal package will suppress issues and encourage replanting.
